These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by DFW Mobile Mechanics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. By booking service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

DFW Mobile Mechanics provides mobile automotive diagnostics and repair services at customer locations. All services are subject to technician approval, parts availability, weather conditions, and safe working environment.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during service.

Diagnostic fees compensate for technician time, expertise, and travel and are non-refundable.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in collection efforts.

A service call and/or diagnostic fee may apply once a technician is dispatched, regardless of whether repairs are approved. These fees cover travel time, labor, and inspection.

Service call fees are non-refundable after dispatch.

Cancellations should be made at least two hours before the scheduled appointment time. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

If a technician arrives and the customer is unavailable or the vehicle is not accessible, a service fee may apply.

We reserve the right to charge for lost time due to no-shows.

Unless otherwise provided in writing, any labor warranty applies only to the specific repair performed.

Warranty does not cover unrelated mechanical failures, pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied parts, or issues arising after the vehicle has been serviced by another party.

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects in third-party parts.

Warranty coverage may be void if the vehicle is tampered with after service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFW Mobile Mechanics is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, unrelated mechanical failures, incidental damages, loss of income, towing costs, rental expenses, or downtime.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle information and ensure safe, legal access to the vehicle.

Customers must disclose known mechanical issues and secure pets or remove hazards from the work area.

Service may be refused in unsafe or illegal environments.

We are not responsible for delays caused by parts shortages, supplier issues, weather conditions, traffic, or emergencies.

Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed.
